In 2013, the Queensland Hot Rod & Street Machine Spectacular returned to its traditional home at the RNA Showgrounds. This year, the show was contained in one large hall, rather than filling multiple halls as has been the case in our previous shows. Our goal was to display the very best cars that Australia has to offer, and the final line-up did not disappoint.
The cars on show were outstanding examples of the Australian elite muscle car and hot rodding scene, and many of the cars had not been shown in Brisbane previously. Leisa Chinnock’s purple XF took out a number of awards, including Top Street Machine, while Adrian Woodley’s ’68 Camaro won the People’s Choice award. Dave and Lyn Keen’s orange FJ tudor also turned heads, cementing a place in the Top 10.
We hope you enjoyed the show. We’ll see you all again in 2014, bigger and better!
